Evidence Of Wireless Electronic Targeting Capture on My Laptop
On March 21, 2024, I factory re-restored a laptop my sister gave me. That is, I factory restored it a second time after the initial restore at my sister’s house. It’s old, obsolete, and I should rename it “Turtle.” I made sure to erase all data and accounts and files that I had entered on it while I was at my sister’s, as I felt an increase in wireless electronic harassment while restoring it at my sister’s, and then, after bringing it home. So, I factory re-restored it a second time at my home, using my own home wi-fi router service instead of my sister’s. And, when signing back in to the laptop the second time, I avoided including any of my online accounts on this this laptop.
Now, it’s only fair to say, that I also initially linked this laptop with my cell phone during the first factory restore which also seemed to boost and increase the wireless electronic targeted assaults (electronic harassment) I was receiving. So, there seems to be a definite connection with my cell phone cellular activity and wireless electronic targeted assaults as well as with my newly acquired laptop device.
I also factory restored my cell phone and restored my online accounts to my cell phone. I was careful to remove this laptop device from all accounts that I am using right now.
Important Evidence I Needed but Could Not Capture a Screen Video
At approx. 12:30–12:40 PM on, March 21, 2024, while I was factory restoring the laptop my sister gave me. I had my land-line telephone service disconnected as well as my wi-fi router disconnected while factory restoring as I frequently experience “technical difficulties” while the wi-fi service is on. The only device that was up and running was my cell phone and that may have been on airplane mode.
When my black next-door neighbor arrived home (the musician guy) as there are several people who live there. I went to the kitchen window to see who had arrived in the driveway because I heard someone drive up. I noticed it was him, and I also noticed as he opened his fence gate to enter his back yard, a force that seemed to pull his head backwards, like someone or something grabbed him and was “pulling on him.” I also, at this same time, notice an increase in electromagnetic frequency signal in my own body. I also noticed him mouth the words, “Come on!” in annoyance to as what was happening to him. So annoying this technology is, it makes you want to scream! So, I went back to my computer to check on its progress and, at this very same time, I noticed my computer screen changed color to an opaque bluish-white where before it had a black background with white letters and numbers indicating its performance progress. When the signal diminished, and I notice it had faded in my body as well, my computer screen went back to NORMAL!!! This was evidentiary proof that wireless electromagnetic frequency was interfering with human lives and also computer devices!!! The targeting of populations and wireless electronic devices, cell phones via some remote wireless electromagnetic frequency signal!
The downside. I didn’t confirm this with my black neighbor. This is only what I observed visually, in his behavior as he entered his back yard. I can’t confirm whether or not he “felt a signal pull him back.” Although, it appeared to me it had. I haven’t spoken with him about it yet. However, he has told me in the past that he too experiences some type of wireless electromagnetic frequency harassment when walking in the driveway area. I had told him in the past, I will sometimes park on the street, instead of my driveway, because I experience less wireless electronic harassment by doing this. It’s more “environmentally peaceful” for me. It forces me to use a different path to walk. Instead of walking in the path of my driveway, I walk in the path of my front porch and I don’t feel violated. Is it cellular signals? Or is it some other frequency on the electromagnetic spectrum like microwave energy? I don’t know!
Now, I became afraid to us my new laptop computer because I don’t know if something is installed on it? I don’t know if I’m the only one who has access to it, is someone else using it remotely somewhere else? Has someone gained control to my Microsoft Outlook Account? Am I unwittingly “channeling” the signal toward my device, and in the process harming others in its path? Still, I shouldn’t have to suffer for turning on a laptop or cell phone for wanting to use them for their intended purposes (writing, learning, communicating). What’s more baffling, is there was no service connection during my factory restore at 12:30–12:40 PM, I had my phone landline service and wi-fi disconnected from the main terminal box. If my cell phone was on, it could have possibly had its cellular signal open (ie: not on airplane mode), but I can’t remember if it was on or off. I usually keep my phone on “airplane mode” to defend against would be hackers. Was someone targeting my cell phone? I had location services turned on in my cell phone, and Find My Device turned on too in my cell phone! Who is doing this?
