I have concluded the following 3 conditions thus far:
1. A label of non-valuable status. This can include but is not limited to the following: mentally ill, disabled, prostitute, drug addict, alcoholic, Jew, Christian, Muslim, Democrat, Republican, woman, elderly, prison inmate, and mentally retarded. This is to say, a psychic splitting of Objects in object relations theory.
2. The targeted individual must have a stronger "political power over" by someone they know. This usually appears as an "abusive power over." This can take the form of an abusive husband, a corrupt police officer, a neighbor in a neighborhood gang, (as in the phenomenon of gang stalking), an abusive friend or colleague, a partner, etc.
3. "A liability" to this stronger political power which is done through the process of forming the subject through the centralized use of the person's body and mind as discussed by Michel Foucault in his book "Discipline and Punish". This "liability" does not have to be a valid and real liability. It could be the product , most commonly and most likely, of delusional psychic splitting.
