Message To Targeted Individuals and Those Being Stalked

The stalked individual suffering electronic torture and harassment finds him or herself in the less precise area of investigation such is the case of an ancient historian. Let me explain.

When it comes to realms of academia and science, battles are fought when new evidence emerges to challenge the mainstream understanding of the times. Most often this happens within archaeology and paleontology when new evidence emerges.

Bloodless wars are then waged across many domains of knowledge, paper by paper and book by book, presenting clear facts surrounding theories to be discredited. The prize to the successful conclusion of research is tenure and authority in the academic field derived from, and awarded by, the establishment’s power. Some of these disputes are precise using the scientific method of hypothesis, experiment, and result to produce concrete evidence and conclusions to unhorse old ideas and move our understanding forward. Such is the case which occurs in the fields of biology, physics, and chemistry.

Other disciplines are less precise and rely on the interpretation of incomplete sets of evidence. Such is the case with archaeology and paleontology. And as fate would have it, the sleuth, performing detective work, weaving data and observation together in incomplete ways. This is also the case with regard to gang stalking with electronic harassment and torture.

In game theory, a game is one of complete information if each player knows the rules of play, the rationality rules, the preferences or payoffs of EVERY PLAYER for all possible states of play, and WHICH PLAYER (if either) HAVING MOVING, ORDER, OR THREAT POWER. When this is not the case, information is incomplete. This is important! If you’re basing your analysis on incomplete information, such is the case with novice, superficial evaluations of the phenomenon of the Targeted Individual (TI), you are likely to misinterpret the evidence because of it’s incomplete nature. This is what amounts to a “best guess” scenario.

For the the record, nothing is more threatening than a “leader” who appears to be in full faculties of the virtues and proper values of leadership, only to stand starkly against the democracy for which he or she stands, by playing around with the prescribed rules of the game by exploiting the spaces in between those very rules. With that said, let me continue.

Chess is an example of a game with “perfect information” because all the pieces can be seen, the rules are understood by each player, and each player knows where and when each game piece is moved. Not the case with gang stalking with electronic targeted assaults and psychotronic torture. This game seeks to manipulate and exploit the disadvantaged players, who are called its targets and who do not have knowledge of the complete game, the reason the game is being played and all the players players in the game with each player’s states and payoffs. In fact, the history of incomplete games crosses over in to shady business practices and the black arts of deception and espionage simply because one or more players conceal their true identity.

I want to voice the concern over the usurpation of free will through clandestine psychotronic means and the exploitative nature to such technologies which present a very real threat to grooming individuals as slaves or to metaphorically electronically sedate them into a death like state if not kill them off completely. Talk about a Russian twist? This phenomenon would have pleased leaders like Josef Stalin.
