More Thoughts On The Phenomenon Known As Targeted Individuals and Making Connections
The fact remains the human race has a proclivity for, and a history with, human torture. Modern day educational facilities educating special needs children with autism have resorted to barbaric means including the use of graduated electronic decelerators (GED). One such controversial school is Judge Rotenberg Centre located in a suburb of Boston.
A GED is a device worn by a subject (student) in which a master (teacher) delivers a remote control signal to the subject for the purpose of curbing undesirable behaviors. A two-second jolt of electricity is delivered via a vest worn which responds to remote radio frequency signals delivered by the teacher. This device adversely, and negatively, affects the student and is used as a tool in the learning process of developmentally disabled people.
In early March of 2020, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) put in place a ban on the use of GEDs. The FDAs findings reported there was significant risk of harm in using the device which outweighed the benefits of such a tool. It is only the third such ban in the agency’s history. There is an important key word used to refer to these tools. What is it? The devices are part of a “TREATMENT PROGRAM!”
The type of treatment endured by Targeted Individuals and those affected by Havana Syndrome are similar in nature to the torture tactics used in the modern day phenomenon of the torture we see today with developmentally disabled people. People report feeling various sensations to the body such as intense heat. Whereas a GED delivers an electrical current to the body of a student, the heat sensations experienced by those suffering from Havana Syndrome are thought to be caused by Direct Energy Weapons. People suffering Havana Syndrome also report hearing clicking sounds or some other loud sound, feeling pressure in their head, feeling nauseous and dizzy, suffering memory loss, and unbalanced gait. The problem is that these symptoms can mimic other illnesses which will not be directly attributed to the attacks but to the other illnesses because there is a lack of evidence to support the victims' stories.
Regarding the use of GEDs, a former student at Judge Rotenberg Centre said:
“What they’re doing is just taking people with issues and just building more.” (2)
Anyone familiar with how political power works understands how power can be abused. Activists, against the use of GEDs, cite various scandals as examples of how the device can be abused as well as citing the deaths of three people being “treated" within the TREATMENT PROGRAM between 1985 and 1990.
The major problems with Havana Syndrome are that they are eerily similar to symptoms experienced by Targeted Individuals as well. They both represent a shared concern that an adversary is managing to harm hundreds of Americans, in dozens of countries including inside the US, while evading detection by the US government and state officials. It is unclear who is carrying out the attacks but one thing is for certain. These perpetrators carrying out the assaults represent an adversarial force to the victim. While the intelligence officers and other government officials who were attacked while visiting other countries represent the possibility of a foreign adversary carrying out the attacks. Those who are suffering attacks within the US might be considered slightly different. Perhaps not as a foreign adversary carrying out the attacks, but someone interested in harming the victims. Professional investigators looking into both Targeted Individuals and Havana Syndrome cases have cautioned others interested in evaluating such cases that each case must be examined individually.
The Biden administration has made a point of demonstrating it is taking the attacks on US government officials more seriously than the Trump administration did and is emphasizing the need to take victims seriously. These types of incidents have disrupted the lives of the victims as well as their well-being and the victims of such attacks are in real danger.
