Subclinical Sadism, The Dark Triad, and Technology-Facilitated Violence

Someone asked me my psychoanalytic opinion on why some people are very controlling? He wanted to know, “What makes me like that?” Since I have been studying psychoanalysis he inquired about my knowledge and probably wanted to evaluate my level of expertise. My response was:

“People who like control are people with certain personality types. It has something to do with identity and personality formation. But there are all kinds of levels of “control”, the worst type of controlling personalities are personalities that enjoy taking lives. But I believe we are all born with a pre-disposed personality at birth that is based on our unique genes. That is, how one’s parents’ unique sex cells recombined to create a person as a unique and separate individual. Let me provide some examples. Take for instance two different children born geniuses. They are prodigies. One child has two parents that have advanced degrees in some area of academia, say mathematics and law. The other child has two parents that don’t even have high school diplomas. How well do you think each one of these children will fair in life compared against one another? In my opinion, the child with parents who have professional advanced degrees may in all likelihood fare much better than the child with the parents with a low degree of education because these two parents with advanced degrees are more likely to understand their child’s unique developmental needs in addition to being less likely to have “incompetently paired.” Incompetent pairing is a term used regarding underachievers and its cause being due to instinctual sex drives and impulsive paring and the creation of offspring and chaos. Ultimately, both children may reach their potential as individuals, due to a combination of interventions by schools, teachers, and others interested in helping them along and can also be attributed to the child’s own level of intelligence and insightfulness into situations.

In another vein, take a child born with Type 1 diabetes. It’s genetically acquired due to the unique recombination of the parents’ genes. How do we help that child? We medicate. We give the child insulin so that her body can break down sugar and she is able to live a full life. Another child is born a psychopath. He’s personality and mental illness is a genetic predisposition. In short, he was born that way. How do we help that child? We can’t medicate his condition. There is no medicine that corrects personality disorders. What’s more, this person grows up to be a functional human being. He has a job. He owns a home. He has a wife. He has a car. He pays taxes but he skirts around the law, never going to jail or being sued, inflicting harm and pain on the others he targets. So, what is advancing modern-day medicine’s solution to this problem?”

Modern medicine’s solution is to target certain groups of psychopaths and/or the mentally ill and treat them with clandestine, electromagnetic stimulation? I’m proposing this theory along with some other theories I am postulating. I’m basing this particular theory on modern-day techniques used in the field of medical research and experimental advancing psychiatry and placing it alongside the historical fact that certain human groups have been targeted for use in experimental medical research; female black slaves, black poor sharecroppers, people within the prison populations, the disabled, young children, the mentally ill, and Jews during the Holocaust. We can put forth this theory because we can prove advancing medicine utilizes electronics, targeting certain regions of the human brain with stimulation to harness control over behavior and thwart symptoms. Of the 118,000U.S. American citizens being targeted with electronics, I have heard it said, “These people are mentally ill.” Are they being targeted by their loved ones? Have their loved ones entered them into some type of experimental research program? Are they simply government test subject fodder because of their status? Or is it the result of a criminal syndicate acting like its own sovereign?

The U.S. government is its own sovereign, it has its own established laws and regulations governing behavior within its borders, including ethical standards doctors, nurses, and physicians are expected to abide by. It also retains the privilege “to go to war” with a nation that is threatening global peace. Most recently, individuals with expertise in video gaming have been hired as soldiers by the U.S. military. Soldiers who sit in cubicles behind screens that fly drones remotely into foreign territories capturing video images and recording them for U.S. surveillance. There are research studies being conducted with cranial electromagnetic stimulation that help these drone operators thwart symptoms of fatigue. Using an electronic device, these individuals are “treated” and helped to maintain alertness wearing an electronic headgear that delivers impulses to their brain. These devices, as far as I know, are not implants. They are removable accessories worn on the head, and the word “accessories” brings up a very important facet to this theory that implies the U.S. economy and U.S. markets and the capitalistic drive to create new economies through advancing research.

The anti-thesis to my U.S. government and advancing medical research theory would be, similar to the U.S. government, criminal syndicates think they are their own sovereign as well. Gangs and mafias have their own established laws and codes that govern their members' behavior. Like the U.S. government, gangs and mafias acting as their own sovereign retain the right “to go to war” with other gangs and groups if those groups threaten them. If you are part of a gang or mafia you aren’t expected to “sing like a little bird” about the secret activities of the gang or mafia. You’re expected to do as you are told and abide by the rules of membership. Abiding by the rules of membership is something all “families,” including normal families, do. They create “House Rules” as part of their organization. Something all families do, that is, to put in place rules and codes so all members within a “family” know their position, know how to behave, and what is expected of them.

The potential for this type of technology to be used against targets in a sadistic way is very apparent. As I have witnessed its abuse against others and against myself, I feel I can speak against its malign usage. Biological implants that respond to electromagnetic stimulation can also create one of the greatest levels of harm to society through usurpations of the human mind and body. In one area, in particular, targeting and grooming of sex roles. Take, for example, witnessing my mother standing still waiting for a car door to be opened for her, and then witnessing a sudden and violent push that has been delivered to her by some invisible force. Almost throwing her off balance and causing her to fall. She is 86 years-young. I can make a connection with this experience because the same violent push I observed being used against her, has been used against me in attempts to throw me off balance. The reasons behind this can be explained through general physics and reading silence.

One of the advantages of the human body against gravity is its mobility to pivot on different planes; forward and back, left and right, and to twist the body around its spine to reach maximum stretching capacity. I know this because I used to perform various exercises on a balance board to improve my core strength and balance. If you put an antenna/transmitter or some type of biological implanted device that responds to an electromagnetic frequency in the human body, say near the hips or even in the head, you could potentially deliver a signal, a force of physics in the form of an electromagnetic wave, to the implanted device forcefully inflicting movement and throwing the human body off balance. It is my understanding, in order to move a GPS signal from its original location to another position on a grid without moving the Object, say a car, it would require the use of a very strong magnet, and because the appearance of this force of physics is sudden and unexpected, the person is more likely to fall down. Now, if you use a biological implant in the brain that lowers conscious awareness of the victim, you can increase your chances that the targeted Object will fall down due to lowered level of alertness, thereby manipulating the target utilizing the two different implanted devices. If one of those implanted devices in the human body, say one implanted near the hips, can be viewed over a computer screen and previewed like a moving GPS signal of a car on a map grid, then you have an online, realistic, video game that may be utilizing joysticks or the use of a “game controller accessory” to carry out the game. A game that can provide joy and entertainment to someone with subclinical sadism or someone suffering from the dark triad personality constellation.

Since I took up the study of philosophy, the discourse or “language” behind such violent acts can be read in terms of phrases that speak, “Sit the fuck down!” or more likely, “Fall the fuck down!” and “Shut the fuck up!” The last phrase can be read in this way if the electromagnetic signal is delivered to the brain for the opposite effect of alertness, say sedation and sleepiness. In this way, you could effectively silence the victim. Again, this theory is the anti-thesis to new 21st century technologies that are supposed to help illness and provide relief from symptoms. This anti-thesis is based on the human proclivity towards sadism and absolute control over others. That is to say, personalities that find enjoyment from inflicting pain and suffering. Personalities that enjoy videogames that inflict kill shots. Personalities that enjoy physically hurting people. Personalities that enjoy tormenting people. Personalities that enjoy playing the villain and torturing other charters in the game. Personalities that enjoy violent videogames with their realistic blood spurts and spatters. A personality constellation that belongs to the Dark Triad or subclinical Dark Tetrad or a personality very close to it. These are traits that are evaluated by the HEXACO model of personality structure and traits that clinicians use as a tool for evaluating psychopathy.

The Dark Triad is a constellation of three antisocial personality traits: Machiavellianism, Narcissism, and Psychopathy. The Dark Tetrad includes subclinical sadism, although others suggest a considerable overlap between psychopathy and sadism. “To clarify the position of sadism within the Dark Triad, an online study was conducted with 615 university students. Exploratory factor analysis revealed a six-factor solution that fit the data best, representing Machiavellianism, psychopathy, physical sadism, verbal sadism, narcissism, and vicarious sadism. Furthermore, convergent validity was supported through sadism’s correlations with the HEXACO model of personality structure and traits. The results support sadism inclusion within the Dark Tetrad is a unique construct but with some conceptual overlap with psychopathy (Johnson, Plouffe & Saklofske, 2019).”
