The War on Terror and the Targeted Individual: A Personal Story

“Politics is not religion, or if it is, then it is nothing but the Inquisition.” ~Albert Camus, The Rebel, 1958

In July of 2006, I was sexually assaulted. Like most women who have been sexually assaulted, I felt embarrassed because I felt I was personally responsible for the act of rape that was leveraged against me. As a result, I didn’t go to the hospital, I didn’t tell my doctor. I waited over five (5) months to bring the information to the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office, and then, the only reason I brought the crime to the attention of the authorities was because of “pre-torture”. That is to say, I was stimulated by an outside force with low-level electromagnetic stimulation in the lower half of my body (abdomen/rectum). Here’s the important thing I want you to know. While I was giving my testimony at the police station in December 2006, in the city where the sexual assault took place, I was psychotronically tortured. I assumed by authorities. I mean, isn’t that what depositions and interrogations sometimes employ? That’s right, during my deposition to the police, while at the police station, I was psychotronically tortured. Now, if the same person who was responsible for my “pre-torture” while I was in my house, was this same person responsible for my psychotronic torture while at the police station? And how did they track me down? That is to say, “How did the perpetrator know I was at that specific police department?” Simple. I made a phone call and calls are recorded and/or listened in on. I was under surveillance.

The year before my sexual assault I had been involved in a drunk driving hit and run incident and I was sent to Capital Health Systems at Fuld in Trenton where I believe I was implanted with a bioelectronic device in January of 2005. A device that responds to frequency following this particular car accident. No charges were filed against me so I am assuming there are no official court records and transcripts, I presume. Someone from my family called in the report to the police. It is for this reason, I personally believe the phenomenon of Group (Gang) Stalking with electronic targeted assault and psychotronic torture is a government/medical facility/doctor conspiracy, and one involving a co-conspirator. That is to say, an accomplice to this triangular arrangement or quite possible the main orchestrator himself. It could be an official state or local representative or a criminal agent to my torture. I believe he is present and operating in my neighborhood.

I hadn’t just been drinking the day of my accident. I had taken an opioid pain killer and alcohol. Remember Mrs. Regan’s “War on Drugs?Extra-ordinary drug laws were put in place during the 1980s only to be relaxed to social acceptance and decriminalization. Except for my war, my war involves experimental technology and what military officials have historically called “intensive therapy,” the palatable name given for acts of extensive white torture. This kind of torture involves The Lesser Tradition of Specialized Torture also called “white torture.” The kind they use on Muslim terrorists at Guantanamo Bay Cuba. Enter Mohammed Al-Qahtani. A Muslim was captured during the Afghanistan War. A man who is mentally ill. Al-Qahtani was thrown from a car during an accident at age eight and suffered a traumatic brain injury. This injury left him with a host of mental issues like schizophrenia and major depression, he goes through crying boats and suffers insomnia. He developed PTSD as a result of the torture he endured at the hands of soldiers at the US Naval Base. He has attempted suicide several times while being detained at Guantanamo and has never been given any psychiatric treatment to help him with his issues. How do we know he was tortured? Secret documents were leaked to Time Magazine and the world became abreast of the activities taking place at the offshore US Naval Base.

At this point, I’d like to share some thoughts from Cullen Murphy’s book, “God’s Jury: The making of the modern world.” Under the heading “Razor vs. Music” located on page 223 — a subheading that attests that the “lesser tradition of specialized torture,” the blaring of music for 24 hours into detainees’ cells was far worse than the razor part of having a detainee’s penis. Why? Because the physical pain of having your penis cut with a razor has a beginning and end. But the psychological impacts of white torture have a psychological impact. The pain associated with sleep deprivation, especially loud noise, can last much longer than the employment of cutting into the skin because of the length of time it employs and its psychological impacts can remain undetectable for years. We can easily come to an understanding regarding ELF (extremely low frequency) and sensations/stimulations with low frequency can have as a phenomenon in a Targeted Individuals life. I quote the book: “Clive Stafford Smith, a human rights lawyer, was speaking with a young intern, a high school student named Will, when I caught up with him at his home in Symondsbury, Dorset. Stafford Smith had given Will the job of listing all the forms of abuse employed at Guantanamo and then finding the Spanish terms for the same techniques from the Inquisition, assuming he could find a match. He had found a corresponding term for just about everything, he said, but had stalled on “extraordinary rendition.” [Cullen Murphy] suggested relajado al brazo secular — relaxing penitents to the secular arm for punishment. It wasn’t perfect, but it captured the idea of getting someone else to do your dirty work for you. Will said he would look into it.”

During the medieval Inquisitions, “note-taking and record-keeping were prescribed down to the last detail so that the Holy Office might study all of the records and keep persons in question under surveillance.”

The same assessment could be made for the medieval French Inquisition or the Inquisition in Renaissance Rome. We might look to the published account of how evidence of systematic torture in Brazil was conducted in the late 1960s and 1970s by successive military governments. One simple phrase describes the phenomenon of Brazilian record keeping of the brutal forms of torture, “The Brazilian generals, you see, were technocrats.”

It would seem the employment of torture is a traditionally reflexive behavior, going back to the days of slavery and the Inquisition. We can make this inference because of the countless times abuse and torture have been employed by men in positions of power. It would seem drug use and drug addiction would also require “specialized forms of torture.”

An archive elicits conflicting thoughts and behaviors. The wish to preserve the past is a worthwhile instinct — but deciding what to preserve presents a challenge to basic honesty. Archives speak to the need for collective memory. They can inspire a certain humility. But they also reflect some measure of vanity — a high regard for the human enterprise. And then there’s the matter of how archives are used. If open and accessible, they can foster transparency and understanding; if restricted or closed, they can become menacing, putting knowledge in the hands of some and not of others. For this reason, they can also be used as tools of control.

Another aspect of historical archives is that in times of social upheaval and revolt and revolution, records and official documents get destroyed, burned, confiscated, or hidden. Like Orwellian “memory holes,” the destruction of sensitive or official documents, just like everyday waste paper, are sometimes metaphorically “whirled away on a current of warm air to an enormous furnace which is hidden somewhere in the recess of the machine’s apparatus.” As described in Orwell’s novel 1984.

In light of all this knowledge, would someone want to destroy my deposition or keep it hidden? In Guantanamo Bay Cuba, medical doctors are present during torture sessions. Was a medical doctor present during my interview, located somewhere inside the police station? Perhaps, a doctor who personally knew the deposing detectives/agents? Were they testing out experimental forms of a new “intensive therapy,” which is the more civil and palatable term used to describe torture. They used electronic psychotronic torture on me during that deposition in December 2006. Is there a secret hidden police force, similar to the Stasi of East Germany or KGB, conducting torture sessions on US civilians?
